My journey into the world of cooking didn’t begin in a traditional kitchen, but rather in the tiny galleys of airplanes, the street stalls of Southeast Asia, and the family-run trattorias of southern Europe. Traveling exposed me to an extraordinary mosaic of flavors and kitchen philosophies. It wasn’t just about what people ate, but how they cooked, how they shared, and the stories their food told.
