Description

Crispy, golden potatoes sliced accordion-style and baked with a savory Parmesan and garlic butter glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each potato crosswise into thin accordion-style cuts, leaving the bottom intact. Place potatoes on baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture generously over and between potato slices.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and edges are crispy. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
