Perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside — these Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are my new go-to side dish.

For the Crust:
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, shredded cheese, bacon bits
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub mixture evenly over potatoes.
- Place potatoes in air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until skins are crispy and insides are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice open and fluff with a fork. Serve with desired toppings.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
