- 2 mini bagels, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed avocado, cottage cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the avocado-cottage cheese mixture evenly onto the bagel halves.
- Place bagel halves in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, until edges are crisp.
- Sprinkle with fresh chives before serving.
