For the Crust:

  • 2 mini bagels, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed avocado, cottage cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the avocado-cottage cheese mixture evenly onto the bagel halves.
  4. Place bagel halves in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, until edges are crisp.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh chives before serving.
