For the Crust:
- 2 bunches of kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1 bunch of spinach, washed
- 1 bunch of Swiss chard, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Add kale and Swiss chard to the skillet, stirring to coat in the garlic oil. Cook for 5-7 minutes until wilted.
- Stir in spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until all greens are tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the greens and toss to combine evenly. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Cook for another minute to let the flavors meld, then serve immediately.
