For the Crust:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and flatten into thin rounds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.
