For the Crust:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and flatten into thin rounds.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
