For the Crust:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili hot honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 large round platter or board
- 8 oz sliced salami
- 8 oz sliced prosciutto
- 8 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup mixed olives
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, chili hot honey, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and set aside.
- Arrange the sliced salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni in overlapping layers around the edge of the platter to form a wreath shape.
- Fill the center of the wreath with marinated artichoke hearts, mixed olives, cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella balls.
- Garnish the wreath with fresh basil leaves and place the bowl of whipped feta dip in the center.
- Serve immediately, allowing guests to assemble their own bites with the dip.
