Description

A stunning, shareable appetizer featuring a wreath of cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables, served with a spicy-sweet whipped feta dip.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili hot honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 large round platter or board
  • 8 oz sliced salami
  • 8 oz sliced prosciutto
  • 8 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup mixed olives
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, chili hot honey, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and set aside.
  2. Arrange the sliced salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni in overlapping layers around the edge of the platter to form a wreath shape.
  3. Fill the center of the wreath with marinated artichoke hearts, mixed olives, cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella balls.
  4. Garnish the wreath with fresh basil leaves and place the bowl of whipped feta dip in the center.
  5. Serve immediately, allowing guests to assemble their own bites with the dip.
