Description

A festive, shareable antipasto wreath featuring cured meats, cheeses, and marinated vegetables, drizzled with a spicy-sweet hot honey glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz sliced salami
  • 8 oz sliced prosciutto
  • 8 oz sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed olives
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Arrange the salami, prosciutto, and provolone slices in overlapping layers around the edge of a large circular platter to form a wreath shape.
  2. Fill the center and gaps with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, olives, and pepperoncini peppers.
  3. In a small bowl, mix hot honey with red pepper flakes, then drizzle generously over the assembled wreath.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
