A festive, shareable antipasto wreath featuring cured meats, cheeses, and marinated vegetables, drizzled with a spicy-sweet hot honey glaze.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz sliced salami
- 8 oz sliced prosciutto
- 8 oz sliced provolone cheese
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 cup mixed olives
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Arrange the salami, prosciutto, and provolone slices in overlapping layers around the edge of a large circular platter to form a wreath shape.
- Fill the center and gaps with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, olives, and pepperoncini peppers.
- In a small bowl, mix hot honey with red pepper flakes, then drizzle generously over the assembled wreath.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
