For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, honey, salt, and pepper to create the drizzle.
  3. Brush the flatbread lightly with a portion of the rosemary drizzle.
  4. Arrange apple slices evenly over the flatbread, then sprinkle with feta and walnuts.
  5. Drizzle remaining rosemary mixture over the top.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is slightly melted.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
