For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or pre-made pizza crust
- 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, honey, salt, and pepper to create the drizzle.
- Brush the flatbread lightly with a portion of the rosemary drizzle.
- Arrange apple slices evenly over the flatbread, then sprinkle with feta and walnuts.
- Drizzle remaining rosemary mixture over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is slightly melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
