Description

A refreshing and nutritious salad combining crisp apples, toasted walnuts, and sweet dried cranberries, all tossed in a smooth maple vinaigrette.

For the Crust:

  • 6 cups mixed greens (such as romaine and arugula)
  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, apple slices, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and feta cheese (if using).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
