Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, apple slices, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and feta cheese (if using).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
