For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and honey to make the sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
