A warm, gooey brie cheese baked inside a rustic bread bowl, topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce and fresh thyme.

For the Crust:
- 1 round loaf sourdough bread
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Place the brie wheel inside the bread bowl, top with cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil, cover with the bread top, and wrap in foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is warm.
