Description

A warm, gooey brie cheese baked inside a rustic bread bowl, topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce and fresh thyme.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 round loaf sourdough bread
  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving a 1-inch border.
  3. Place the brie wheel inside the bread bowl, top with cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, cover with the bread top, and wrap in foil.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
