For the Crust:
- 1 round loaf sourdough bread
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Place the brie wheel inside the hollowed bread bowl. Spread cranberry sauce over the brie and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 25-30 minutes until brie is melted and bread is golden. Serve warm.
