			For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground chicken
 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
 - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1 large egg
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tsp dried oregano
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
 - Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
