For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly in a small baking dish.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the cream cheese layer.
- In another bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cranberry layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
