For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly in the prepared dish.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the cream cheese layer.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the cranberry layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the dip is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
