For the Crust:
- 8 oz block of feta cheese
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Crusty bread or crackers for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the feta block in a small baking dish. Surround with olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the feta and sprinkle with minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately with crusty bread or crackers.
