A simple yet elegant appetizer featuring creamy feta cheese baked with sweet roasted tomatoes and a drizzle of honey, served with crusty bread.

For the Crust:
- 1 block feta cheese (8 oz)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Crusty bread for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place feta block in center of baking dish.
- Arrange cherry tomatoes around feta. Sprinkle minced garlic, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper over top.
- Drizzle olive oil over feta and tomatoes. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
- Remove from oven and drizzle honey over feta. Serve warm with crusty bread for dipping.
