Description
A warm, elegant dessert or appetizer featuring halved pears baked with creamy brie, tart cranberries, and a sweet pistachio honey drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 2 ripe but firm pears (such as Bosc or Anjou)
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Halve pears lengthwise and scoop out cores with a spoon to create a small well. Place cut-side up on baking sheet.
- In each pear half, fill with brie cubes and dried cranberries. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until pears are tender and brie is melted.
- While baking, mix honey and chopped pistachios in a small bowl.
- Remove pears from oven, drizzle with pistachio honey, and serve warm.
