For the Crust:
- 2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (such as raspberries and blueberries)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey, plus extra for drizzling
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Brush pears with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven. Top each pear half with berries, walnuts, and blue cheese. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
