For the Crust:
- 2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish. Fill each pear half with brie, walnuts, and cranberries.
- Drizzle with honey and melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until pears are tender and brie is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm, optionally drizzled with extra honey.
