A warm, elegant dessert featuring sweet baked pears filled with creamy brie, crunchy walnuts, and tart cranberries.

For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish. Fill each pear half with brie, walnuts, and cranberries.
  3. Drizzle with honey and melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until pears are tender and brie is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with extra honey.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
