For the Crust:
- 2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, walnuts, blue cheese, honey, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Spoon mixture into pear cavities.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender. Drizzle with extra honey before serving.
