- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, walnuts, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Spoon mixture into pear cavities.
- Drizzle honey over pears and filling. Bake for 25-30 minutes until pears are tender.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with blue cheese, and let cool slightly before serving.
