For the Crust:
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add mushrooms and spinach, and sauté until softened.
- Place a tortilla on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese, add the spinach mushroom mixture, top with another tortilla, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
