Description

A single bite that tastes like winter wrapped in velvet. Whispers of holidays linger in every morsel, with a perfect balance of sweet, tart, and savory notes.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 24 small crackers or crostini

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a small bowl, gently toss blueberries with 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix softened goat cheese, honey, and thyme until smooth and well combined.
  3. To assemble, spread a small amount of the goat cheese mixture onto each cracker. Top with a few marinated blueberries, a sprinkle of toasted pecans, a drizzle of remaining balsamic glaze, and a crack of black pepper.
  4. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately, or chill for up to 1 hour before serving for a firmer texture.
