A festive and flavorful side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts tossed in a sweet-tangy balsamic glaze, studded with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway.
- While roasting, simmer balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat until reduced to a syrupy glaze, about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer roasted Brussels sprouts to a bowl, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and toss to coat.
- Gently fold in cranberries and walnuts. Serve warm.
