Description

Delightful bite-sized cheesecakes topped with a festive gingerbread star, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 small gingerbread star cookies

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a muffin tin with 6 paper liners.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mix until combined.
  4. Spoon cheesecake filling over crusts. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  5. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top each with a gingerbread star before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
