Delightful mini tartlets featuring a sweet almond crust filled with luscious blood orange curd.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 blood oranges
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, sugar, and melted butter, then press into tartlet pans.
  3. Bake crusts for 10 minutes, prepare blood orange curd with orange juice and eggs, then fill crusts and bake until set.
