For the Crust:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 blood oranges
- 3 eggs
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, sugar, and melted butter, then press into tartlet pans.
- Bake crusts for 10 minutes, prepare blood orange curd with orange juice and eggs, then fill crusts and bake until set.
