A sweet and savory flatbread featuring creamy brie, juicy blueberries, fresh thyme, and a drizzle of honey for a delightful appetizer or light meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread, then scatter blueberries and thyme leaves on top. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, slice, and serve warm.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
