For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the flatbread, then scatter the fresh blueberries on top.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  4. Remove from the oven and top with arugula and fresh thyme. Drizzle with hot honey and season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
