For the Crust:
- 1 lb baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Rinse the bok choy thoroughly and pat dry. Halve each head lengthwise if using baby bok choy.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bok choy to the skillet, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until leaves are wilted and stems are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Pour over the bok choy and toss to coat.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
