Description

A festive and easy-to-make appetizer featuring creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and fresh herbs on crispy flatbread.

For the Crust:

  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer brie slices evenly over the flatbreads, then dollop with cranberry sauce.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans and rosemary over the top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
  6. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
