For the Crust:
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer brie slices evenly over the flatbreads, then dollop with cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans and rosemary over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
