A refreshing and summery dish combining creamy burrata, juicy watermelon, and ripe avocado, topped with a zesty chili-mint drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 2 balls of burrata cheese
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Place the burrata balls in the center of two serving bowls.
  2. Surround the burrata with watermelon cubes and avocado slices.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together chopped mint leaves, red chili flakes, olive oil, and lime juice. Drizzle over the burrata, watermelon, and avocado.
