For the Crust:
- 2 balls of burrata cheese
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Place the burrata balls in the center of two serving bowls.
- Surround the burrata with watermelon cubes and avocado slices.
- In a small bowl, mix together chopped mint leaves, red chili flakes, olive oil, and lime juice. Drizzle over the burrata, watermelon, and avocado.
