Description

A refreshing and elegant appetizer that combines creamy burrata cheese with sweet caramelized peaches, all drizzled with fragrant basil oil.

For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe peaches, cut into wedges
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 skewers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush peach wedges with olive oil and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  2. Cut burrata cheese into pieces that can be easily skewered.
  3. Thread grilled peaches and burrata pieces onto skewers. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Blend fresh basil leaves with olive oil until smooth to make basil oil. Drizzle basil oil over skewers before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
