A refreshing and elegant appetizer that combines creamy burrata cheese with sweet caramelized peaches, all drizzled with fragrant basil oil.

For the Crust:
- 2 ripe peaches, cut into wedges
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 skewers
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush peach wedges with olive oil and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized.
- Cut burrata cheese into pieces that can be easily skewered.
- Thread grilled peaches and burrata pieces onto skewers. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
- Blend fresh basil leaves with olive oil until smooth to make basil oil. Drizzle basil oil over skewers before serving.
