Golden sweet potato curls cradle oozy burrata, drizzled with chili honey for a perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

For the Crust:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, spiralized into curls
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potato curls with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Divide into 4 portions and shape into nests on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- While nests bake, warm honey and chili flakes in a small saucepan for 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Place burrata in the center of each sweet potato nest. Drizzle with chili honey and garnish with fresh basil.
