Description

Golden sweet potato curls cradle oozy burrata, drizzled with chili honey for a perfect balance of sweet and spicy.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, spiralized into curls
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potato curls with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Divide into 4 portions and shape into nests on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  3. While nests bake, warm honey and chili flakes in a small saucepan for 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  4. Place burrata in the center of each sweet potato nest. Drizzle with chili honey and garnish with fresh basil.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
