For the Crust:
- 1 lb red seedless grapes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 large pre-made pizza dough
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss grapes with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast grapes for 15-20 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized. Let cool slightly.
- Roll pizza dough into a large circle and cut a hole in the center to form a wreath shape.
- Arrange roasted grapes and torn burrata pieces around the wreath, leaving space between.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until dough is golden and cheese is melted. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
