A creamy, golden wreath that tastes like winter sunshine and indulgence!


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb red seedless grapes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 large pre-made pizza dough
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss grapes with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast grapes for 15-20 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized. Let cool slightly.
  3. Roll pizza dough into a large circle and cut a hole in the center to form a wreath shape.
  4. Arrange roasted grapes and torn burrata pieces around the wreath, leaving space between.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until dough is golden and cheese is melted. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
