For the Crust:

  • 4 slices of artisan bread
  • 2 balls of burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Toast the slices of artisan bread until golden brown.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the toasted bread slices and top with burrata, splitting each ball between two slices.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the burrata and drizzle with hot honey before serving.
