Succulent lobster tails seared to perfection and topped with a rich garlic cream sauce.

For the Crust:
- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lobster tails, flesh side down, and sear for about 3-4 minutes. Flip, then transfer skillet to oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in another pan, melt remaining butter and add cream and Parmesan. Stir over low heat until sauce thickens.
- Season sauce with salt and pepper, then pour over cooked lobster tails.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
