A creamy, spicy, and cheesy pasta dish featuring tender Cajun-spiced chicken and bowtie pasta tossed in a rich three-cheese Alfredo sauce.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb bowtie pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season cubed chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and Romano cheeses until melted and sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
