For the Crust:

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:
