For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 3 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Arrange apple slices evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cut in the butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples and caramel.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and apples are tender.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
