For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  2. Arrange apple slices evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edge.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
  4. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cut in the butter until mixture is crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples and caramel.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and apples are tender.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
