Description

Elegant, bite-sized pastries with crisp puff pastry layers, rich caramel, and crunchy pistachios.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into small rectangles. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool completely.
  2. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Layer pastry pieces with whipped cream and drizzle of caramel sauce. Repeat for 2-3 layers, top with pistachios and a dusting of powdered sugar.
