For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into small rectangles. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Layer pastry pieces with whipped cream and drizzle of caramel sauce. Repeat for 2-3 layers, top with pistachios and a dusting of powdered sugar.
