- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup maple syrup

- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté apple slices with cinnamon and nutmeg until caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, then fold into the wet ingredients.
- Spread caramelized apples evenly in the skillet, then pour the batter over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
