A savory-sweet side dish featuring crispy, caramelized Brussels sprouts topped with creamy melted feta, crunchy toasted walnuts, and a drizzle of spicy-sweet hot honey.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey mixed with a pinch of chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until sprouts are tender and caramelized at the edges.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle feta and walnuts over the sprouts, and return to oven for 3-5 minutes until feta softens.
- Drizzle with hot honey and balsamic glaze (if using) before serving warm.
