For the Crust:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway.
- In a bowl, combine roasted sprouts, walnuts, feta, and lemon juice. Drizzle with hot honey before serving.
