A sweet and savory flatbread featuring caramelized pears, creamy feta, and a drizzle of rosemary-infused hot honey.

For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add pear slices and cook until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread caramelized pears over the flatbread. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are crisp and cheese is slightly melted.
- Meanwhile, warm honey, red pepper flakes, and rosemary in a small saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove rosemary sprig.
- Drizzle the rosemary hot honey over the baked flatbread. Slice and serve warm.
