A sweet and savory flatbread featuring caramelized pears, creamy feta, and a drizzle of rosemary-infused hot honey.

For the Crust:
- 1 large pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add pear slices and brown sugar, cooking until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
- Spread caramelized pears evenly over the flatbread. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden and cheese is slightly melted.
- While baking, warm honey, red pepper flakes, and rosemary in a small saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove rosemary sprig.
- Drizzle the rosemary hot honey over the baked flatbread. Season with salt and pepper, slice, and serve.
