For the Crust:
- 1 lb red seedless grapes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
- Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss grapes with olive oil and honey, then spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until caramelized and slightly blistered.
- While grapes roast, toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Stir in maple syrup and cook for 1 minute more, then remove from heat.
- Arrange burrata on a serving platter. Top with roasted grapes, drizzle with maple-walnut mixture, and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh thyme.
