For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet and sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the pastry into tree shapes using a tree-shaped cookie cutter and place on baking sheet.
- Brush each tree with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve warm.
