Description

Savory turkey sliders topped with melted cheese and sweet cranberry sauce, perfect for parties or a quick meal.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices provolone cheese, halved
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, sage, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 12 small patties and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Place a half slice of provolone cheese on each patty and return to oven for 2 minutes to melt.
  6. Toast slider buns if desired, then assemble sliders with a turkey patty and a dollop of cranberry sauce.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
