For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices provolone cheese, halved
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, sage, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 12 small patties and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Place a half slice of provolone cheese on each patty and return to oven for 2 minutes to melt.
- Toast slider buns if desired, then assemble sliders with a turkey patty and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
